Chris Challenger, President and CEO of Team Challenger Personal Fitness, Inc. is an ISSA certified instructor, and also holds a B.S degree in Biomedical Engineering. He has been an active member of the fitness industry for over ten years.

He has been ranked among the most accomplished natural bodybuilders in the Country According to:

Chris is the proud trainer and coach of the reigning Ms. Europa Bodybuilding Overall Champion. Ms. Florida Super Natural, Ms. Cayman Island, Jr. Mr. Tampa Bay Natural, Mr. Orlando, Mr. Supernatural Orlando, Ms. Orlando (light weight),Mr. Orlando (novice), Ms. Natural Florida (novice) Bodybuilding champions, Ms. Florida Figure Champion and Ms. Hurricane Bay Figure runner up.

His clients range from grandmothers, to middle school students, Champion Racquetball players, to Professional Bodybuilders and Fitness Models. All of which have been pleased with their results.

LJ Jordon

LJ Jordon, BS- Secondary Education, MS- Educational Administration, AFTA- Certified Personal Trainer. LJ has been a personal trainer since February of 2004 and specializes in strength training and healthy lifestyle motivation.

Prior to joining the staff of Team Challenger, LJ coached college basketball at a number of universities including her alma mater Texas A&M University. While playing at A&M, LJ's interest in strength training and fitness began and continued to develop while coaching. While coaching she was instrumental in implementing the team's strength and conditioning programs.

You will see LJ training her clients in a variety of ways, but always with great enthusiasm and positive encouragement.

Philosophy: I love having the opportunity to work with a variety of people and helping each one achieve their personal goals. I want people to help people develop a training program that they can live with for the rest of their life, not just short-term. The best exercise for your heart is lifting someone up!


Sam Lamy

Sam Lamy, IFA-Certified Personal Trainer. Sam has been a Personal Trainer since July of 2006 and specializes in strength training in a fun environment.

Sam Lamy is an IFA certified personal trainer and instructor, currently working on his Health Science (Pre-Clinical) degree at the University of Central Florida. He has been an active member in the fitness industry for over 3 years. Prior to joining the staff of Team Challenger he worked at the Orlando Fitness and Racquetball Club where his interest in the human body and fitness began to develop. He has also participated in many different sports such as rowing, basketball, football, and tennis, just to name a few. Sam has served as Power Ten Rowing Club’s land coach (Team Trainer) for a year, evaluating each rower’s physical conditioning abilities and needs and developing the appropriate training programs for them.

Philosophy: I love what I do. I LOVE helping people reach their personal goals! I share that reaching your goal isn't an overnight attempt. It entails day-to-day exercises, nutritional supplements and appropriate food intake.
